The 2012 Utah Arts Festival — the state’s largest multidisciplinary gathering of artists and producers of creative expression — will be held June 21-24 in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. And, in preparation for the festival, the UAF has produced a series of weekly webisodes that highlight a few of the many great features in all realms of creative and artistic expression.

This webisode highlights the Literary Arts venue, coordinated by Melissa Bond and one of the most popular features at the festival. Among the artists featured here is Alex Caldiero, whose life and works are featured in ‘The Sonosopher,’ a magnificent documentary directed by Torben Bernhard and Travis Low.

This webisode really gives a big-city polish to Salt Lake City.

And, stay tuned to The Selective Echo for wall-to-wall coverage and previews of the festival which begins June 9 and will run daily June 16-24.
